Santa Rosa Veterans Hall
A nearly complete Veterans Village in Santa Rosa, CA
This project came to Modular Lifestyles from Community Housing of Sonoma County (https://www.communityhousingsc.org/) project manager. The thought was as a Tiny House RV Classification community project of 14 units for Veterans in Wheelchairs. We design and built a factory built prototype Tiny House “On Wheels” as a ADA/ADU for their consideration. We were not chosen for the RFP however this unit is now approved in the City of San Luis Obispo parcels for backyard living Seniors who are on Social Security and no hope for assistive living. The project photos show a Site Built community on a one acre commercial County location for affordable hosuing.
